Perform floor impact sound pressure level measurement using a system configured around the multi-channel signal analyzer SA-02.
Use a Light Floor Impact Sound Generator as impact sound source. Install microphones under the floor and connect them to the SA-02M. The airborne and floor impact sound insulation measurement software AS-20PE5 running on a computer is used to control the SA-02M.
Use the AS-20PE5 to measure background noise beforehand. After starting measurement with the AS-20PE5, the system will wait for the impact sound. Repeatedly activating the impact sound source will cause measurement to be repeated automatically for the preset number of times. After completion, change the impact sound position and repeat the measurement under the same conditions, to obtain data for the various evaluation values.
